Abstract: The classification of Public and Private Law has a general significance for countries applying continental law, and active influence for constitutionalism. It offers existing methods for thought, gestates the spirit of limiting state authority, also promotes the perfect of mode and content of constitutionalism. Constitution represents the form deeply of the classification of Public and Private Law, so the socialism country may attach importance to the method of classification of Public and Private Law and adopt it.
